He’s Jeff Wilson. Your new coach.
He’s been coaching runners for over 12 years now and has been personally running for 22 years. He’s ran everything from sprints on the track to the marathon. As well, the Pikes Peak Ascent.
He has has BS in Kinesiology and his MSc in Sports Medicine and Strength & Conditioning. He’s got the NSCA – CSCS, the most prestigious strength certification on the market.
He loves coaching people to become better humans and he believes that running isn’t just about getting faster. It’s about the journey. Who you meet, the places you go, the random moments by yourself in the middle of nowhere, the large assortment of foods you eat to sustain this craziness and overall the person you become.
Finally, he believes that being a healthy person can create a better and faster runner.
