Why Jeff?
I've been running for over 22 years. I've ran somewhere around 250 races/events or more. I've had just about every injury in the book. I've made mistakes, and I've conquered some of my dreams along the way.
I've been coaching for 12 years and have worked with many different style and levels of runners. I'm a puzzle piece coach. Not a one size fits all coach. I want to help YOU achieve what you're looking for.
One of the most important lessons you can learn while training for races is that it's really about who you become along the way, not the race results. Running is one of the most fair and incredible modes of exercise out there. Probably the most rewarding too!
